We take all of it - up to 28 outfits across 14 days - and build a complete holiday wardrobe around what you already own. Day, evening, beach, events. Every look taken from basic to standout - and bold enough that you’ll actually want to document every single one. The kind of trip where you’re not thinking about what to wear because it’s already been thought about.

Additional time charged at £80/hr

We hold a very limited number of items in stock. Typically, there is only the one piece/item as our stock derives of vintage pieces, donations + specially made outfits. This also means, we only collect + use what is needed/necessary + aren't wasting valuable resources. In turn, it means we are VASTLY stretching the lifespan of clothes.

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom.

Our Standard form of shipping is Next Day Delivery at £6.95 per order which covers the round trip - delivered to your door and back to us! Or, if you live in London we also offer a Local Next Day Delivery Service costing only £4 round trip!

All rentals will be packaged in reusable + recycled boxes + will be delivered via Next Day Delivery Service* - regardless of how far in advance orders have been placed.

This means you can select a 1 hour time slot that suits you best and fully track your parcel once it has been marked as Dispatched! 

LOCAL LONDON DELIVERY

Local London Delivery uses OWF's very own courier who will drop off and pick up your parcel within your chosen hour time slot for only £4. Please be sure to add your specified 1hr time slot to your notes at Checkout - otherwise we will contact you directly to arrange this for you!

CANCELLATIONS

You can completely CANCEL a rental booking - but only up to 2 weeks before the scheduled Delivery Date

or

You can CHANGE your Delivery Date up to 1 week before it is scheduled + only up to 3 times. 

REFUNDS

Any unworn rental items with their security tags still in place upon return to HQ, will be eligible for a full refund up to 2500 Points (£50) per unused returned rental.
