Featuring an outer-layer of sheer crepe plisse with a crochet border on the skirt by the knee and the top below the waist. There are also layers of ruff-cut ruffles on the chest and below the knee for even more flair. The camisole straps are made of red satin ribbon that are completely adjustable and the skirt features an elastic waist band for extra ease.
